Jill Vassi, RYT
Jill is the vice president of Exceptional Services Group. Jill brings a background in operations management and marketing. She received her B.A. From Auburn University in Public Relations. Jill is also a yoga enthusiast and became a registered yoga teacher in 2012 to increase her knowledge of the practice, and to enable her to share the benefits with others. She is Level One and Two Certified in Creative Relation and Yoga for Individuals with Special Needs.
Justin Vassi, LCSW
Therapist & President
Justin has over 18 years of clinical experience. He has extensive experience in working with individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, Aspergers Syndrome, Developmental Disabilities, and social issues. Justin has a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Barry University and also has a bachelors degree in Psychology. He is a licensed and board certified psychotherapist. Justin is committed to providing the highest quality services.
Fran Rizzo, LCSW
Fran works with the chronically mentally ill, substance abusers, developmentally disabled, forensic clients, children with psychiatric disabilities and the homeless. She graduated with her Masters Degree in 1985. In addition to being a team leader for a community based group of mental health professionals, she has also coordinated and facilitated psycho-education support groups for families and has worked in a residential group home for adolescents with co-morbid disabilities.

Shari Dominianni, LCSW
Shari is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master's degree from Fordham University. Shari has over 10 years of clinical experience. She has experience working with individuals with severe and persistent mental illness, substance abuse, family conflicts, peer relationships, anger management, behavioral issues, and adults and children with developmental disabilities. Shari also has experience working with clients who are dealing with issues of aging, anxiety, coping skills, self-esteem and depression. When Shari is not working she enjoys spending time with her family.
Naomi Bell, LCSW
Naomi is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who earned her Master's Degree from Florida Atlantic University in 2011 and Bachelor's Degree in Social Work from the University of Michigan in 2009. Naomi is a veteran of the United States Marine Corps. She has experience working with family togetherness, identifying and implementing coping strategies for individuals with anxiety, anger management issues and developmental disabilities/delays, educating families on the importance of co parenting, communication building, relationships,and military family issues. She has realized the benefits of utilizing different therapeutic techniques and how each individual and family will benefit from each in their own ways. Naomi believes that life is a journey and each person, family or couple walks through at a different pace with different choices. Naomi enjoys being able to help people see their "problems" as a way to help build and hone in on their personal strengths.
Michelle is a Michigan native. She relocated to South Florida from Chicago at the beginning of 2016. Michelle Has worked in healthcare since 2009. She received her Bachelor's degree in 2015 with a dual major: Economics and Health Administration. Michelle loves spending time with husband and her two cats and visiting family up north whenever she can.
Aimee Taylor, LCSW
Aimee has twenty years of clinical experience working closely with individuals suffering from mood and thought disorders, substance abuse issues, individuals with developmental disabilities, those with PTSD and people diagnosed with Alzheimer’s type dementia. She believes strongly in the healing power of nature and incorporates mindfulness techniques and connecting to the earth as an integral part of one’s therapeutic journey. In her free time she enjoys reading with her children and swimming.
